Fireside Recitals

In 1994, the Chamber Music Society launched the Fireside Recitals, a series in which local musicians perform in Estes Park homes for Estes Park audiences. These recitals are free to the public, but we ask for donations to cover the musicians' expenses. Due to the size limitations of the homes we issue invitations to as many interested people as possible, and maintain a constantly growing list of names.

All are welcome and the recital is free. Donations accepted accepted to help cover musician expenses.

About the performers:
Cate and Kathy have been playing music together for over 30 years in Michigan, Japan and Estes Park. Last year they got together with Jeff to play at the memorial service for Sandra Wilson. The 3 of them decided to form an ongoing trio, and this is their first Fireside concert. They really enjoy rehearsing and performing together, and plan to continue. Jeff is the concertmaster of the Oratorio Society orchestra, and Cate also plays in the orchestra.
